Sick Submitter Review

Hi, My name is Martin. You may recognise my forum name, 1buckplr. Jez has asked me to write a review for Sick Submitter so here goes…
I’ll try to be as objective as I can, I am now a moderator on the support forum so it could easily be seen as a biased review so lets try and get past that for a moment and look purely at the progress and features of Sick Submitter.
In April, I was searching for a forum profile submitter that was not as expensive as Xrumer and allowed me the flexibility to add my own sites into any databases or submission lists. I found sick profile maker (as it was known by back then) and it’s Brand New feature for the month of April was the new “Toolkit”. Apparently the toolkit enabled adding of your own sites and also allowed editing of the “Source Code” of the actual submission process. To me this meant 2 things, I could add my own lists of sites that I have scraped, and potentially I could tweak the Submission Code (hereon known as the .sic file) to make it work on platforms other than the ones that ship standard with Sick. This was enough to make me have a go.
So, paid up with my own lists ready to try out I fired up the Toolkit and used the clunky interface to make my own .sic packets (packets that work with sick submitter). It worked really well, but the problem was that Sick Profile Maker was a little slow, it seems it wasnt made at the time to be hammering out Big Lists. I soon discovered it needed to have packets of approx 100 sites at a time to run smoothly. Well never mind, it still managed to do the job albeit slightly slowly, and I was still excited at making packets to work in Sick out of new platforms that might not be so spammed to death.
Fast forward a couple of months, and I’d been doing nicely submitting 100 strong packets all day, and I’ve even taken the opportunity to sell some ready made packets to the Sick User community. 100 sites in a packet going 1 site at a time is real slow though.
Enter Multi-Threading!
The sick development team knew it was one of the biggest requests so they went ahead and added Multithreading, along with Proxy support and an RSS submitter. All of which worked brilliantly.
Fast forward to today (october 2010) and there are even more features available to Sick Submitter users.
The Sick Submitter market place for buying or selling ready made packets is become popular, and a couple of users like myself have created code that makes sick submit to lots of other platforms, not just the ones that ship with the submitter.
Today, in october 2010, this is how Sick Submitter currently weighs in for me,
I can register to 1000 sites on a variety of platforms in under 2 hours, all emails autoconfirmed. Submitting your link to those sites will take another 1-2 hours. There are ways the advanced user can bring this time down, and users with powerful PCs (my main machine is an average 2ghz 1gb laptop) can get even more speed. Using all platforms, including custom ones I have coded .sic files for myself, some I have released to the community and those that others have shared or sold in the marketplace, I can literally get 10s of thousands of links across a dozen or more different platforms.
Here is a list of currently supported platforms that you can submit links with sick submitter without having to buy any extra packets or templates from the market place…

MyBB Forums
PunBB/FLuxBB Forums
IPBoard Forums
PHPBB forums
Mercury/Quicksilver forums
PHPLD Directory sites
Plus the list of RSS directories and the Pinger, these are all the platforms you can use with sick “Out Of The Box” as it where.
You can expect anywhere from a 50% success right down to 10% success rate (meaning regged/submitted/Live viewable link) on raw scraped lists depending on the platform. For example with Expression Engine I can get upto 50% on my first run on a fresh list, whereas with perhaps the PunBB sites it can easily be as low as 10%, but the lower success platforms tend to have a much higher potential target pool. Obviously the trick then is to remove the bad sites from the list and continue to build on the Successful list, ending up with a nice big list of Successful sites.

I think I have gone on enough, I didnt want this to be some kind of Glory Glory review, but more just telling you what sick can do.
Of course, sick has integrated Third Party Captcha service. You can run as many sites as you like, creating a new profile for each as you go.
One subscription allows 2 installs of Sick Submitter (I currently have 3 subscriptions running on 6 PCs!).
How easy is sick for the average user?
Although you may struggle to write a new piece of code to start utilising a new platform that noone else is using sick for yet, almost anyone with half a brain can get to grips with the regular features. You need NO special skills to start using Sick Submitter straight away. There are free packets in the forum aswell as small monthly packets available but the BEST part about sick is making your own lists and packets. If you use a platform from the Standard list above, you simply Scrape a list plug it in and go!
At the price it is per month ($20) plus the new features added each month too, you really cannot go wrong with sick submitter.
This months new feature (october 2010) is SCHEDULING! I have been testing it out and it works brilliantly! I have one Sick install on a VPS and plan to setup an entire months worth of submissions on a schedule!
Now seriously, come on, the only thing I know that beats those features is Xrumer, and at $500 for xrumer you’d better know what your doing! $20 is worth the risk for anyone, and I’d be willing to bet you wont be dissapointed.

A while back I found junk site in one of my niches pumped up to PR5, I fired the owner my tongue in cheek complements via the proxy registrar and that is how I made the acquaintence of 1buckPlr, who recently won the backlink building competition on backlinksForum.com. He achieved both the PR5 and his competition win using his favorite software. I know he has made good money using this software (as opposed to selling it, or selling his scripts for it). I managed to scrounge this review from him by allowing him to use his affiliate link to promote Sick Submitter… he gave me the review and said he was not bothered about the aff link drop.
I have not really used sick myself much as I have other apps that did the same thing, and, becuase I did not see the value in a “profile maker”… but times and products change. I am going to rate this beastie based on what I have seen Martin achieve with it.

I just had to speak up, Martins scripts are the best in the business, I am now #1 for “make millions with your own private google cash dumpster” the mans a genius.

As you can tell, not only is Sick Submitter a great program, the community is awesome as well… (and most have a great sense of humor)
I stumbled on Sick a little over a month ago and honestly thought it was too cheap to be good but it came highly recommended so I gave it a whirl. I can honestly say now that Sick is absolutely amazing, the only thing cheap about it is the price, which honestly should be like 5 times what it is, so any fence sitters I would recommend getting in on it before they realize they are giving away the farm and price it where it should be.

Sick is good because it does what a load of other software can do more cost effectively…. @ 5 times the price you would be better off buying up all the rival stuff for one off cost.
Yeah that re-captcha is good at keeping lower grade the riff raff out, but no match for byPassCaptcha

Mark Attwood ?&*!!%! my ???? and left me ??? ????. I only got my life back online after I found Sick Submitter and started making money of 1000s of squeeze pages.
I’ve been profiling for years but Sick has seriously speeded everything I was doing up. It takes me a day to do what I was doing previously with several other automated software programs (no names).
The proof is in the pudding as they say, since May I have gained 64 (yes, sixty-four) number 1 spots in Google for easy, medium AND difficult terms!
No pinging, no rss feeds, no VelociCrapsters, no nothing. I build links, then….. I build some more links, then….. I build some more links, then….. you’re way ahead of me now aren’t you
To say I’m very happy with Sick is an understatement… be warned though, the community is quite bonkers, in the nicest possible way… when you are making lots of money life is fun innit!

Yeah I have seen the results Martin got with this thing, it was that that convinced me to get it myself. As mentioned somewhere in this post I have seen him achieve PR5 for one site and make some decent cash with it…
I think a lot of sick users are part of a certain “scene” of people who know their stuff but do not take themselves too seriously. Furthermore, I think they are people with real sites and real rankings, as opposed to the bunch of desparados we see out and about tyring to make a few coins selling worthless VelociCrapsters and the like.
As I see it, people talking about sick use it, like it, rank with it and make money with it.
People talking about most other products dont even use the things, they are just trying to sell them…
This is the first piece on this site that offers zero value. It’s hype with an affy code by one of the big users. Not objective. Might as well just read the sales page on Sick’s home page.

I only ordered sick myself today so I could not have written this post, but I wanted to add something about it as I think its a good buy, better value for money than the collection of tools I use (which pre-date sick).
Martin is openly “pro sick” and says he will “try” to be objective… but ultimately he is biased, he loves this product…
There is a lot of stuff in his post about targets, success rates, speed etc which is not on the sales page of the site.
I asked Martin to do this as he is an advanced user who I have seen get good results with it… results in terms of number of links, PR to new domains and financial.
If it was shit you can rest assured we would say its shit, and Martin would not be using it himself / able to get the results he has with it. Martin does not “sell” sick, he writes and sells scripts for it, but above all he uses it on his own sites.
As for an “affy code” im not sure what you mean… there are no aff links for sick anywhere on this site, and neither of us are getting kickbacks of any kind for this post.
I assume your not on about the comments above which were a joke?
This thing is $19 per month, compare that price to anything else listed on this site, and look at the variety of things it can do and decide for yourself what offers the best value.
I have all the software tools listed on this site… and like I said, ordered sick today… so why would I shell out more money when I already have an array of other stuff?
Were not polishing some turd for quick affiliate profits here…
i’ve been using sick for over 3 months, it’s really a good program, easy to use as well as great forum support. I cant say it boost my rank a lot since i always do mixed link building. But for profile link building it’s the best choice apart from xrumer (expensive for me and many people)
P.S. I also purchased nuclear link blast(NLB), refunded after a week, although it’s a one-time payment.
Do you guys point this thing at your money sites? If so have (m)any been deindexed?

That really depends on the site. I would have no hesitation using this on a quick throw up along the lines of HowToCureHairyToeFungusFast.info but would not use it on sites I cared about / invested a lot in. I think Martin pushes it a bit harder. Different strokes for different folks… some do and some dont.
Go to the forum, lots of info there. I dont have 2 much experience, but its hard to make a site deindexed. Imagine throwing 10k links on your competitor, would it be deindexed, i doubt it. With sick and such it would take only a few days, now in a month you could get rid of all the top ten
, so deindexing is more of a myth me thinks.
I wonder about proxies, I saw the video about scrape box and he said it is crucial to use your own proxies bcs the free ones are not performing well..
how is it with sick submitter, can one use sick with your own proxies, what is your experience with free VS your own proxies. and of course , mail me martis email in case I buy sick!!!

You dont have to, but free ones are not so reliable.
Other thing is that some proxy providers dont like you using things like sick, though, its usually stuff like scrapebox they prohibit rather than sick.
Hmmm…this whole “sick” thing is quite interesting. I have no idea what a packet is or any of that other crap – i’m more of a guest poster for links.
I see they have a free trial, so I will give it a whirl here this coming week with some new sites I just created.

I am using AMR again now, its very good, cheaper than Article Demon, and I have to say, of late it performs better too.
I would get both sick and AMR to be honest, both are good and they do different things, between them they will give you a good start.
