LinkVana Review

LinkVana is one of the best known blog submission networks. They market themselves as being a quality service, a cut above the rest, and their pricing reflects that.
They currently charge $147 per month, but that is with a 25% discont, the prices is going up!! So they say, it has been stuck at $147 ever since I used the program which was, if memory serves me correctly as early as 2008.
When I used LinkVana the interface was pretty slick and easy to use. You added projects and could submit 5 links per day per project.
Link Vana insisted on original content, and they occasionally sent a sabre rattling mail out when they started to hit problems with badly spun content.
I never submitted spun content to LV, only original stuff, so, the results were not crap because I was using spun babble with a high percentage of dupe.
My take on it is, if you are paying $147 pm, I dont think giving away content on top is a great deal. If you are writing original content, you may as well get some SEO Hosting and catch a few expired domains. You can get more value that way as you can leave your own posts on the front page.
The problem with Link Vana is that that your original post is going to be sent to a splog that accepts mabe 10 posts a day.
The splogs I found were all low PR, PR2 to be precise. So, at a rate of 10 posts a day or so, I found my original content was basking in PR2 glory for less than 24 hours before being shipped off to the archives of doom. Pretty quickly you were buried so deep in the archives that there was a good chance your page would not even be indexed in the major search engines.
Needless to say, I did not stick around. I never saw good results with Link Vana and think the only high end thing about this service is the price.
If you want to blow $147 per month, you can get two rival services for the same money, or, as I said, start domaining and build your own infrastructure.
