Drip Feed Blasts Review

Updated: Since writing this review Drip Feed Blasts have put up their prices substantially and other cheaper services have now launched.
BlastBank.Com is essentially a clone of Drip Feed Blasts for a lot less money. I am testing that service now. BackBlasts is not longer available.
BackBlasts.Com is a new drip feed service currently taking sign ups for free trials for beta testing, promising some “advanced features”.
Dripable.Com is another new service similar to drip feed blasts but very stripped down. Dripable lacks most of the features of DripFeedBlasts, but does have the added feature of posting blog comments, doubling the stated link allowance though the quality of these is extremely poor, at least when I tested the service. Dripable also offer a free trial so you can test the service risk free.
Below is my original review of Drip Feed Blasts:
Important:
Dont use this service until you understand what it does, it his high risk compared to other methods and I would not recommend lnking directly to your favorite sites with it
Drip Feed Blasts is an Xrumer based service. I have already written an Xrumer review if you want to learn more about that software.
In a nutshell, Xrumer is expensive in every way, the license, the servers required to run it and the time it takes to get the best from it. So, Xrumer “blast” services have become very popular for those without the time, means or inclination to get the software themselves.
Xrumer links are pretty well bottom of the heap. Low quality in large volume.
What makes Drip Feed Blasts different from other Xrumer Blast Services?
Its all in the name, Drip Feed Blasts “drip out” your links on a time based schedule. Other blast services will just dump thousands of links out in a few hours which can lead to problems (sites being sandboxed / penalised). Drip Feed Blasts tries to reduce the risk of this happening by releasing a given number of links per day.
The Drip Feed Blasts interface gives you a lot more control over what is happeing with your links than other Xrumer blast services.
Drip Feed Blasts has far better support than other services I have seen, and their forum has some worthwhile information in it.
In short, Drip Feed Blasts takes Xrumer blasts to a different level.
Why Am I Using Drip Feed Blasts?
As I have a copy of Xrumer myself you may wonder why I am using the service. Well, to try it out / see how well this model works and to a point replicate it for my own private ends. I have had ideas around this kind of Xrumer automation for some time now and it is interesting to see how DFB are doing things, it is a good benchmark for me.
Results from Using Drip Feed Blasts
Currently I am testing Drip Feed Blasts on two terms for two sites. Both are established domains, one is a year or so old, the other closer to three years.
The one year old site was ranking #10 on a term I wanted to improve in a fairly competitive sector, the other ranks #45 in an impossibly competitive sector!
I am using these two domains just to see what can be done. Neither sites is making much money, so I have nothing to lose by testing with these sites, but, as both are established and do rank for terms I thought it would be interesting to see the results.
After the first blasts were sent out, each site moved up two points in the SERP, to #8 and #43 respectively, so far so good, but it will be some time before I know how effective these links are.
I am not doing anything else on these sites at the moment.
I will update this post in a few weeks time with more conclusive results.
Should You Use Drip Feed Blasts?
Only if you understand what Xrumer does, i.e. that you will be getting masses of craplinx and, as link buiding goes it is high risk.
Of the available Xrumer blast services Drip Feed Blasts is by far the best I have looked at, so, if you want Xrumer links this is the service I would use. (If you want a more conventional blast service xrumerservice.org were one of the best last time I checked).
The question you really need to answer is whether you want Xrumer links in the first place.
Personally I use Xrumer for secondary linking (indexing pages that link to me etc) and very rarely send links directly to my own sites, and certainly not to profitable sites, which is why for the purposes of this test I am using sites that are not making money.
So, if your looking for an Xrumer blast service, I would recommend this one, if you are unsure about Xrumer then I would do some more research before jumping in!

Ok ive had two sites runnign in DFB for a month. I chose these sites as they were over a year old and established, but neither were making money, so, if it all went pear shaped I was not losing anything.
The first site which has been on 2k links per week has moved from the bottom to the middle of the first page and is starting to make money.
The second site is a lot more complicated and difficult to quantify. The position on the main term has not really moved, but this is a riduculously competitive sector. I have picked up three sales since starting with DFB, these are off long tails / secondary terms. So, the only thing I can say for sure on this site is that it had not made any money for months, but since starting with DFB its started earning again.
On the down side, DFB have hiked their prices. I get 2000 links per day for $97 or so. That package is now $179 which is way over priced in my opinion.
Although I said my sites started making money, there is some way to go before I make a profit on the DFB subscripion. I really question whether the ROI is going to be there for most people @ $179.
Much as I like DFB, for that price I would give it a miss.
As mentioned at the top of this page, I am currently testing BlastBank.Com which is a cheaper clone of Drip Feed Blasts.

Any update on your results with Drip Feed Blasts yet?
Hi, sorry for my delay in replying. Well Ive only been using it for a couple of weeks so its too early to say for sure.
Also, there have been problems with Xrumer authentication which meant Xr users (including all the blast services) have not been able to operate the software, several days were lost because of that issue.
This far, one of my sites seems to be a little improved, but rank fluctuates anyway on that site, so I could not say for sure if there has really been any improvement in rank.
I think this one will need a few more weeks to see any conclusive results.
How many links per week do you think were counted and indexed? Also did you use multiple keywords for one blast everytime?
Thanks!
Anthony Lopez
Hi,
Not many links were indexed, but rank improved on the sites I tested with.
I always use multiple keywords in all systems.
I will update this post now, as there is a cheaper alternative to DFB on the market, esssentially a cheaper clone of DFB called BlastBank.
I just started using DFB 2 days ago, but I agree – I don’t take changes with profitable sites. I use redirect URL’s that point to the same offer (not domain framing, but a total redirect). This way if it goes south with serious sandboxing, my main website is unaffected.
Basically how I do it is this. I have a number of domains that redirect to the same product. Google sees these domains as separate index pages because the title, description and keywords are all unique within the index file. I have a couple of these redirect sites that rank higher than well established sites for good keywords. So my advice to people if they want to try DFB is to buy keyword sensitive urls, then get affiliate cloner software to create the redirects and host the index page as a separate entity.
Of course, as you mentioned, you are using domains that are 1 year or older. People won’t have instant success with a brand new domain…. so be patient. Buy the domain and get it indexed and do some basis manual linking to it. Then try DFB in 2 or 3 months to that url.

Hi Lowell,
So, how does your redirect work? Is this some kind of cloaked doorway page you are running?
Does anyone have experience with backlinktank (service like DFB) ? I signed up for demo but would like to know some opinions, they are about half the price of dripfeed.
Tried them, have yet to go back and check the results… looks very similar to the now defunct BlastBank. I read somewhere that BB was no more after the sales guy and developer went their separate ways, perhaps backlinktank is the developer striking out on his own… or yet another clone of DFB…
